Online Product Tour

The product tour for EnterYourHours.com("EYH") was a key factor for both building confidence in the product and generating free trial registrations. EnterYourHours.com provided us with an account we could access for capturing screenshots, typing and mouse movements.

After the first pass at the demo, the President of EYH was able to specify which items needed more explanation, more face time and more emphasis. We even discovered some things that improved the SaaS package as a whole.

We also integrated a graphical user interface (GUI) to give EYH users a pleasant experience. Each button, menu and balloon tip was designed around EYH's existing programming.

MGMA - Medical Group Management Association

Certification Overview & File Resource Tour

MGMA provides critical management resources to small and large medical practices nationwide. With print materials already in motion by studio pattern, MGMA also wanted to include an auto-run CD that contained links to various PDF documents found on the CD or on their website.

We incorporated voice-overs, background music and highlight boxes that address the topic being presented. Keep in mind that this presentation was included in an auto-run CD distributed to MGMA members and also included materials we do not have permission to demonstrate.

The other tours allowed the viewer to select different options which led them to different areas and resources. This type of presentation "branching" allowed MGMA to zero-in on specific types of members from the same CD.
